Terms of Service
These terms apply to services provided by 4ESTOVISION LTD, company no. 15826652, registered office 2M Darmonds Green Avenue, Liverpool, England, L6 0DP.
Quotes and work
Every project starts with a written quote. Work begins once you've accepted the quote and any agreed deposit has been paid.
Care plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance and run month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Unused hours don't roll over.
Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to any text, images or materials you send us. Once paid in full, you own the website we build for you, excluding third-party licences such as themes and plugins.
Liability
We take care with every change and keep backups, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party hosts or platforms. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
